Kathleen’s career passion is helping clients achieve financial strength at every stage of life, and to fulfill their retirement dreams.  Her goal is to ensure that clients’ money works hard for them, and will provide lifetime support of the lifestyle they desire. Because of her dedication to ethical standards, Kathleen guides clients to socially responsible investments that  can build profits but also respect people and the planet.  

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional for over 18 years, Kathleen is a fiduciary who puts her clients’ interests first. In addition, she is a Certified Divorce Financial Advisor (CDFA) who helps clients protect and leverage their assets during separation and divorce processes.   A leader in the Financial Adviser profession, Kathleen served on the board of the Financial Planning Association of San Diego, and as Director of the Women’s Initiative of San Diego. 

A graduate of the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, Kathleen’s academic focus was finance and economics.  Her study-abroad experience was in at the University of Ghana, Legon. 

Personally, Kathleen loves family time with her husband and two young sons, camping, domestic and international travel, horseback riding, and hosting family and friends.  

Angellica is our Client Service Specialist who provides excellent support and service to our clients. She is responsible for maintaining our client relationships, addressing client inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.  She works closely with our team to provide crucial support to our advisor and deliver different projects and business objectives.

With a strong foundation in customer service spanning many years, Angellica brings experience, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others to her role. She thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, communication, and empathy make all the difference.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family, tending to her garden, and caring for animals—bringing the same dedication and heart to her personal life as she does to every client interaction.

Landen Villanueva is the owner and operator of Moonbeam Consulting, a San Diego-based  Administrative Services company.  Through Moonbeam, she supports Sustainable Financial Planning as special projects manager, financial planning software specialist, and human resources director. 

  
Landen’s career includes over 10 years of Human Resources experience, and 15 years of high-level Program Management experience with the US Navy.   

Landen holds a Master of Public Administration degree from San Diego State University, and a Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.  She serves on the Board of the non-profit Women’s Empowerment International. 

Landen enjoys family adventures with her husband, son, daughter and two dogs; playing musical instruments and participating in triathlons.
