Landen Villanueva is the owner and operator of Moonbeam Consulting, an Administrative Services
company. Through Moonbeam, she has supported Kathleen and Sustainable Financial Planning since 2021 with special projects, financial planning software management, human resources and hiring.
She has over 15 years of Program Management experience working for the US Navy, as well as over 10 years of Human Resources experience. Landen obtained a Master of Public Administration degree from San Diego State University in 2018 and her Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential in 2019. She is also an active board member for the non-profit Women’s Empowerment International.
When she is not working, Landen is spending time with her husband, son, daughter and three
dogs. Landen also enjoys playing musical instruments and participating in the triathlon community.
